help HR and occupational health managers to diagnose how 'healthy' their
organisation is. What are you doing well? What could you improve?
Filling out the questionnaire shouldn't take your employees more than ten
minutes, and you will receive a report tailored to your organisation's needs.
To get this snapshot of your organisation, you will need a sample of
responses - you will need at least 20 of your company's employees to
fill in the questionnaire.
The report will enable you to benchmark your business against others also using
